Meme Party is a free online multiplayer game where users create funny captions for meme images. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

You can play without an account or create one via Google. When creating an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information
  • You must not share your account with third parties
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Submit content that is offensive, hateful, discriminatory or inappropriate
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to disrupt or manipulate the game
  • Use automated systems, bots or exploits

5. User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for the captions they submit. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms. For users without an account, content is temporary. For registered users, statistics and best memes are saved to their profile.

6. Intellectual Property

Meme templates used in the game may be subject to third-party copyrights and are used under fair use for entertainment and parody purposes. The game service and its original content are the property of Meme Party.

7. Limitation of Liability

Meme Party shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Meme Party. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent.

9. Suspension and Banning

We may suspend or permanently ban your account if you:

  • Repeatedly violate these terms
  • Submit inappropriate or harmful content
  • Harass other users
  • Attempt to manipulate the game or its systems

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify significant changes to registered users by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to terminate the service with 30 days prior notice to registered users.
